Edward J. Zecchini – Co-Founder and President
Mr. Zecchini brings over 25 years of information technology experience in both entrepreneurial and corporate environments. Mr. Zecchini was most recently Executive Vice President of Touchstone Health Partnership, Inc, responsible for operations and information technology. Prior to Touchstone, Mr. Zecchini held the titles of Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of HealthMarkets, Inc. (formerly UICI) from October 2004 through April 2007. From 2000-2004, Mr. Zecchini was EVP & CTO and investor of HealthMarket, Inc. which was purchased by UICI. While at HealthMarket, Mr. Zecchini led the development of state of the art, consumer driven web based technology allowing consumer access to provider pricing and quality information. Prior to HealthMarket, Inc., Mr. Zecchini held various executive positions at Medical Economics, the leader in healthcare content and SportsTicker, Inc., the preeminent real-time score reporting service. Mr. Zecchini received his B.A. in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Oswego. He is a recipient of the 2004 CIO 100 Award, in recognition for agile and flexible IT infrastructure and organization.
Raul Collado – Senior Consultant
Mr. Collado has over 20 years experience directing information technology in the healthcare, financial services, publishing, and Department of Defense. He has held senior management positions in the areas of technical development, strategic planning and process re-engineering. His technology background includes an in-depth knowledge of Internet technology and database design. Mr. Collado designed, developed and launched HealthSquare.com, one of the top commercial direct to consumer healthcare information websites. Mr. Collado sold HealthSquare.com to ChoiceMedia in 2004. Mr. Collado holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from New York University, is a PMI certified PMP and holds an active TS government clearance.
Seth A. Lefferts – Senior Consultant
Mr. Lefferts has over 27 years in information systems and technology with extensive experience in management, database architecture, programming and security including fifteen years in the health insurance industry. Key strengths are in database analysis, design, diagnosis, debugging, development and tuning. Mr. Lefferts has held senior positions in database architecture at Touchstone Health Partners, HealthMarkets, Inc., and Oxford Health Plans. Mr. Lefferts holds a bachelor’s degree from Alfred University.
Erez Wolf – Senior Consultant
Mr. Wolf has over 20 years experience in the information technology industry and with an education in engineering, problem solving is no foreign subject. Starting his career as a systems and database administrator in high demand environments at various financial institutions on Wall Street, Mr. Wolf understands what mission-critical means. He also brings years of experience in the medical publishing arena, gained while developing applications for internal departments and end users while working at Medical Economics (publishers of the Physician's Desk Reference). Mr. Wolf has also spent the past few years working in the banking and financial industries, where he implemented large scale deployments of applications across diverse platforms. Mr. Wolf's strongest attributes are based upon a broad understanding of networks, databases, application platforms, and most importantly, the interaction between all of these elements. Mr. Wolf holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
